Ingredients
- 3 cups Einkorn Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups raw sugar
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream the coconut oil and raw sugar for 4 minutes or until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Sift all dry ingredients and combine with creaming mixture.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Scale cookies to 2 oz. each.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
